I had a gas insert fireplace installed. It looks absolutely fabulous. Everyone I dealt with were great. I couldn't be happier with this company. From the moment I walked into the show room where I met Paula. She was helpful and professional. And Mike who came to my house and helped me pick everything out to the two gentleman that installed it. If you are looking for a fireplace insert I highly recommend Aspinwall Plumbing and Heating. We used Aspen Wall plumbing and heating to fix our gas fireplace! We coordinated the visit through the Fireplace store in Quincy. We had waited year trying to find someone to come and take a look at it. So happy to have found Aspinwall, Danny and James were awesome! Our fireplace did not work and they came in, assessed the situation and were very informative on solutions, cost, etc. It ended up just needed a cleaning, the guys were so thorough and had it working like brand new! Would definitely recommend!

I cannot stress how satisfied we are with Danny and James service was today. Both very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We will be using your company for any future work needed and I just want to make sure Danny gets the credit he deserves on this project.

Andrew Roussell is our "go to" technician at Aspinwall for all of our plumbing needs here in Marina Bay, Quincy. He has assisted us with many, many improvements throughout the home from a new furnace to bathroom and kitchen needs and updates (pictures attached of some of the work he has helped us complete). He is attentive, timely/efficient, a great problem solver and works very well with other contractors to complete the task. We are lucky to have Andrew to call when we need a repair! Andrew, we can't thank you enough for all of your help and expertise here at our home!

Daniel and James came to install a fireplace insert. They both were very courteous and professional. The surround for the insert was not the proper size and they tried to remedy the situation as well as they could. The proper piece is being ordered and hopefully will be installed soon. In short the job isn’t finished yet but I’m sure these two will get it done. I will give a more through review once the job is complete.

My water heater's outlet burst this morning, called Aspinwall and had it fixed before noon. Rob and Andrew were super friendly, explained the cost upfront and estimated how long they would need to repair, and finished the job extremely quickly, cleaning up when they were done. They also replaced two other fittings that appeared to be on the verge of failing in a similar way.
I was told on the phone that there were no plumbers on duty today, but the project manager on duty reached out and found employees that could help before a holiday weekend without hot water.

I had Mitsubishi heat pumps installed and I can not say enough about how wonderful the Aspinwall crew were. They were on time, friendly, efficient, respectful of my property, went right to work and got the job done and cleaned everything up when they were done.

Very professional, courteous and thorough.
Follow up is excellent. The process for documenting what what was done, the invoice and payment is very efficient and effective. I particularly like the follow up pictures that document what was done.
Bottom line, very happy with the service and will call again if/when needed. I have already asked for an estimate on a separate plumbing job that is needed.
