Heat was not working properly and Jake was our service technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the heat! Now we are nice and warm. Thank You Jake and Aspinwall! I'm a newer customer and I have always had great service. 👍

We have a warranty and agreement that was signed and finalized about 2 years ago. It took Aspinwall along time to get their act together and then they did not have the part and took them many days to get the part. We hope that the next time that we need repair they have their agreement, which was in their system, figured out and do not leave us without heat for such a long time.

Trevor was excellent. He was prompt, did a great job with the repair, and cleaned up the work area immediately. He kept me informed of what he was doing and why, and really carries himself very professionally. He was courteous and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. Overall a very positive experience.

We had a gas insert installed and it went great. Danny is great guy. He answered all our questions and did a thorough job.

Very responsive and professional, but please beware of high pricing. I had a few corroded parts on my gas boiler that needed replacement. Received a quote of $2,030 from Aspinwall, which was over 3x of the standard price. Another local plumber got the same job done in 1.5 hours for a total of $660. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND BEWARE OF PRICE GOUGING.

These guys are pros. They were punctual, the appointment was at 10am and they actually rang the door bell right about that time. The level of communication before and during the appointment was very good. The company send me a photo of the technician 30 min before the appointment. They were wearing masks all the time.

The appointment took about an hour and they said I call back in 6 months in case of any issue. Definitely going with them again.

Professional quality of work and was worth the time waiting in the qube

I used this company to fix my gas fireplace. Dennis did a great job. He identified the problem which had to do with a sensor, and cleaned the sensor, cleaned the entire fireplace, and even fashioned a bracket from a piece of metal to bypass an annoying valve that always had to be jiggled to turn on the flame. He also took the time to give me a tutorial on how the fireplace actually works, of which I understood a portion. Very pleased with the whole experience.
