The work men who serviced my units were excellent. They were respectful of my space and made sure the I was comfortable with them in my home. They worked efficiently and explained everything that they were doing. They even taught me how to clean filters myself between service visits.

The folks are NETR were fantastic. The sales force was very knowledgeable. They listened to our needs and came up with the perfect solution. The design/engineering team reviewed the layout, made some minor changes to make the installation look better and less obtrusive on the outside. The installation team worked their magic and made it all look great. Then came the training. What a great teacher. He knew just want we needed to understand and explained things easily. All the while the whole team was polite, clean, respectful of us and our property, and installed a fantastic split-mini system. The best part is that we are now enjoying the comforts of a great system that meets our needs and is energy efficient at an affordable price. Thank you NETR.

From the initial consultation with Jeff and the ductless install by Joe and Caleb, NETR made our project a simple process. We were impressed every step of the way from different options for our house, with fair pricing, and high quality installation in a quirky old house. The team was responsive to any questions and clearly explained their plan and where the a/c system components would be located. I advise working with NETR based on our recent positive experience!

It was easy to work with NETR from beginning to end. Jason was very helpful in the showroom explaining how things would work in our application. We did not have an easy installation given the age of our home and that it was a victorian with mouldings everywhere. Jerry and Mike, our installers, were on time every day. They worked hard and took a very short lunch break. They always told us when they were leaving and coming back. They explained what they were doing and were always professional. We were very happy with them and felt like were in good hands. I would recommend this team to anyone.

I'm currently renovating my childhood home and decided to add central heat / AC at the same time. My sales architect, Jimmy, was great and my onsite foreman, Jeff has been outstanding. Jeff and his crew were professional, incredibly accommodating to construction delays and last minute changes and they over delivered on getting units installed. We ran into an issue Sunday night and Jeff was onsite Monday by 1pm and had the problem fixed by 1:45pm. Great service! I would highly recommend NETR (especially Jeff!) to anyone.

We were very pleased with the work N.E.T.R did in installing the mini splits in our home. Your installers were professional and through. The electrician, mr Daly, that you sent out to complete the installation was also very efficient and helpful. We would highly recommend your company!

The initial install 9 yrs ago was excellent in the quality of work and product. We recently had them return for hydro cleaning of our ductless units and once again the service was excellent. The tech who serviced our units was on time, polite and took the time to answer our questions. He was also very careful while moving his equipment through the house, to not do any damage. He also was very neat and made sure the area was clean after he was finished. This was exactly the experience we had when they did the install and is why we continue to use N.E.T.R.
