We had a heating /cooling mini split installed. Great system! Great price. Workers were professional and courteous. They clean up after themselves and were done in a couple of hours. I highly recommend them!

Mike repaired a refrigerant leak using the most professional method- brazing, rather than the easy but short lived "O" ring fittings. The joint was in a very tough spot. He came to the job early and was informative and pleasant. The best experience one could have. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Terrence from NETR came out last week to do our annual maintenance checkup/cleaning and we couldn't be more pleased! He showed up right on time, was very courteous, professional and warm, and did a fantastic job explaining everything to us. Things happen at the least convenient time. My AC unit wasn’t cooling the house. Called NETR and the said they could be here between 10-12. Actually arrived earlier. The worker was professional and caring. He checked out a few things and finally found the problem. Got it fixed and I couldn’t be more pleased. I would recommend this company. Jordan did a great job.

After installing some additional units at our house last week, their service team showed up and serviced our pre-existing system that we had in another part of our house. He was on time, professional, and were diligent in their work while we were working from home. He did an excellent job servicing the system, and they are all working great. Cannot recommend this team enough.

Our mini splits were installed last December and they sent one tech representative recently to check the problem. My installation experience is good which I would like to make a recommendation here. They are professional and take care of all details during the installation process. I didn’t have much knowledge on this and asked lots of basic questions. The lead(Danny) was very nice and answered questions with more than I expected at the time. Also, he always checked with us about where to put the machine and how pips were installed outside of the wall. They did a good job at aligning our expectations and gave us with no surprises. After installation, the lead explained the details about how to take care of machines and what I should be aware of when using these machines. Overall, it’s a great experience.
Coming to the recent service, the tech rep. showed on time, explained what the situation was, and gave me some other knowledge about the case. After restarting the machine, everything is working fine now.

These guys were great. I had a new Furance and a/c unit put in. They ran through the system with me. Very happy with the quality of work. I would definitely recommend this company to other people.

Jordan, Daniel and the crew were excellent. Professional, friendly, very good at their job, and great communicators. Very easy to work with and very considerate. All details were quickly discussed and resolved and the whole install went smoothly, as expected and on time. There was an issue two zones being cross wired but the company resolved this quickly and professionally

Cannot speak more highly of this company! From the initial service call, which was awesome, very knowledgeable very polite very honest, to the install, which again was awesome, these guys are a quality company.
Everyone made sure that we understood what they were doing, the pros and cons of each decision. It was as if they were installing a system on their own home!

Excellent experience with NETR. Referred by a friend, and installed a five unit split system in a day and a half. Took the time to fully explain the pros/cons of various setups, and once we decided on a configuration, they did an excellent job on the installation. They were efficient, professional, friendly and knowledgeable and they cleaned up as they went. When they were done you hardly knew they were there. Our main technician, Dan Rodriquez, was great to work with. He took care of the whole site and took the time to walk through everything when they were done. Would highly recommend NETR. Great experience.
