Decided on having mini split heating and air conditioning installed in my residence. Maxwell showed up prompt on all days, didn't mind me watching the installation just so I knew what was going on. He also kept me in the loop of the progress day by day. The other technicians involved in the later stages we're also prompt and efficient in what they do. Professionalism showing you how to utilize it. They are up and running, I am enjoying nice clean air. I actually believe I'm sleeping better because of cleaner air.

A follow-up was requested when a unit appeared to be colder than I felt it should have been.

Being totally unfamiliar with the mini split systems, the explanation made sense to me, but still kind of wondering about the validity of it.

The technician (Jordan) texted me to inform me of his arrival time. When he arrived Jordan introduced himself and asked if he enter the house to see the unit. He was quit surprised to learn that I have single A/C unit and not a mini-split a/c-heat pump as noted on his work order. This was not a problem except he did not have the air filters required for this routine maintenance. He indicated my system information will be updated in NETR records. Before he left to a local supply house for the filters, he proceeded to check out the air handler, where he discovered it not working. After many trials and error troubleshooting steps, he found that the problem was a 5 Amp fuse. He didn’t have a spare one in the truck but I had a spare in my car, once installed the system worked. My concern is what caused this fuse failed? The system is about 4-5 years old. Will my system fail in the hot summer days. Jordan continued with his maintenance protocol and didn’t find any other issues or leaks. Jordan presented himself as very concerning and a perfect gentleman, NETR should be proud of Jordan’s reflection on the company.

We've had countless needs for Customer Services over many years of home ownership. Like almost everyone else, we spent much more time than we wanted on hold, with dropped calls, or being redirected, disappointed, and frustrated. Not so with N.E.T.R.

There were four Mitsubishi Mini splits in the home we bought several years ago. The wall thermostat was not functional so the former owners were instructed to buy a remote control to operate that unit. Each year, service companies came to "maintain" the units, so we used the same contractors, at first - then tried others hoping to find one committed to providing more complete service than we were getting. Enter N.E.T.R.

We were impressed with our first phone call to the company and with every person that followed. The technical service man was on time, greeted us as if we were important, and was the only call he had that day. He put booties over his shoes, was careful with everything he touched in our home - worked quickly and efficiently, and answered every question we had - patiently, pleasantly, and completely. He had the units disassembled with parts exposed we'd never seen before. We were amazed to see the quality job he did.

They found a missing cable to the unit that was "not functional". Imagine that! How many others, before N.E.T.R. knew about that missing part, or cared enough to figure it out and do something about it? My four-year experience with having Mini splits serviced by numerous other vendors qualifies me to say, N.E.T.R. is, hands down, the best you'll find in that department. And, as far as Customer Service goes, they can write the handbook on it.
