Danny and Joe did a fantastic job installing our ductless system. They were on time, worked hard and had great attention to detail. I was really impressed how hard they worked to make the wires / piping clean and address some of my OCD concerns. Always professional, arrived early every day, finished on time and worked thru some cruddy weather. We have a puppy in the house and they were very understanding. Jason was really fast and professional getting us a fair price / estimate. There was no sales pressure at all. Highly recommend N.E.T.R. Stop looking and call them!

The NETR Inc team that came to install my equipment was on time, tidy, and very professional. They had to deal with some pretty challenging outdoor site issues because of our recent snow, but they didn't complain at all. They cleaned up every spot they touched, and everything was completed perfectly to spec. And when explaining the tech, they were knowledgable and enthusiastic about it. I already like this system for heating, can't wait for it to help me out in hot weather too.
