I had a pipe installed by NETR in my attic that recently broke. They charged me $399.00 for an emergency call between 5 pm and 7 pm, but they actually showed up during regular business hours and still charged me the full amount. As a result of the broken pipe, water stains appeared on my bedroom ceiling. The repair person assured me that I would receive a phone call to discuss the issue, but instead, I received a brief email stating that NETR is not responsible for the pipe they installed. This experience has led me to warn others to be cautious when dealing with NETR.

While I understand the need to clarify the situation, I find it misleading when NETR states that "PVC pipe doesn't suddenly crack after two years" as a blanket statement. In reality, there are various factors that can cause a PVC pipe to crack, such as improper adhesive use at a joint, vibrations leading to cracks, installation at an angle, insufficient support, and water hammering. Additionally, PVC pipes stored outdoors under sunlight can experience a loss of molecular integrity over time. Therefore, it is possible for a PVC pipe to suddenly crack, even after two years. By implying that I had something to do with the pipe's failure, NETR is casting unwarranted blame on me, which is not the case. I urge anyone reading this to carefully consider NETR's response before engaging in any business dealings with them.

Do not work/work with them. They have stood us up on multiple occasions. But when it comes to charging us for a visit the same courtesy is not given. They were the ones to install and only ones to work on the air conditioner. A 3 year old unit has needed 5 service calls. They have "repaired" the issue only for it to be an issue the following spring. Each time they want an almost 300 dollar service fee for an issue that has never been fully resolved. No confidence in them. UPDATE. After N.E.T.R responded to my review. I emailed and it said the email address was invalid and then I tried to call and no option to leave a voicemail after no response and sitting on hold for a couple of minutes.

Terrance, the technician, was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. In addition to cleaning the heat pump, he checked and insulated a pipe outdoors. He also taught me some things I didn't know about the remote control. I'm all set for summer!

We recently installed mini-split systems before a large home renovation and unfortunately our construction crew didn't keep them covered which led to the systems requiring a clean much sooner than anticipated. Paul and Victoria from the sales team were amazing to work with. Today Terry Odom from the service team came to clean the systems and the performance difference is night and day. Terry was incredibly nice, knowledgeable and efficient. He made quick work of 9 indoor units and 3 outdoor units (even during the snow). In fact - every single person from NETR has been outstanding - I can't stress enough how thankful we are to have chosen them as our HVAC provider. A+ service.

HETR replaced old air handler with a new one and interfaced to existing duct work. Removed old compressor and changed electrical and air cables to support new system. Unfortunately cannot rate work quality because system is inoperable because the compressor is on back order and after a month and a half no information on compressor delivery date

In December the outdoor unit was finally installed however they couldn’t get the system to work because of an infant mortality control board.

In January NETR returned with a new control board and finally the system almost worked to the agreed contract. The only missing piece is the wi-Fi based remote control(kumo cloud) after four or five hours we gave up trying to get this piece to function( until we get more information about what’s going on).

Throughout this ordeal the attitude of the technician’s and their professionalism has been excellent. This includes the on site technician and their factory support.

Your man Terrence Odom performed annual PM on my Mr Slim two zone system. He was very professional and engaging, and even came back later in the day bringing 3 new return-air duct filters to replace my lint-covered ones. Good work!

NETR helped us purchase and then installed ductless mini-splits for all 3 levels of our Cambridge house. They were fantastic every step of the way! Everyone we encountered was both friendly and professional. The original evaluation of what units to purchase and where to install was very thorough and NETR was patient with us as we made a few changes due to another renovation project at our home. Jerry and his team just finished their five day installation and they were impressive!! They worked efficiently and were so respectful of our space and needs. At several points in the install, brainstorming was needed due to unexpected issues with our very old home. They were quick to suggest alternative solutions that made sense but didn’t pressure us in any way to accept any changes to our plan unless it truly met our needs. It was honestly a pleasure to see them each day. Thanks so much for all your hard work! We look forward to working with NETR in the future for all our mini split needs.
