From the day I signed the contract to the day of installation there was constant communication letting me know exactly what would happen next and what was required of me. All my questions were answered and the installation was scheduled quickly and completed on schedule. The price was MUCH lower than all my other estimates - by thousands of dollars! Tetra even followed up post installation to ensure all was good. As an added benefit, they assisted with completing and submitting all required forms to ensure I receive my rebate and HEAT loan. If only more contractors demonstrated this level of customer support! Highly recommend for your HVAC installation.

Very professional and efficient work installing a 4 zone mini ductless heat pump system. Also the work was done in a very timely manner.

Worked with them for two different properties. Both times the experience was smooth and easy. At the first property there was a glitch after the install and the customer service was quick, responsive and taken care of within a few days. And the rebate process was painless and easy as well.

InHome was much easier to work with than other contractors I considered. I answered a few questions online and got a call in 10 minutes with a quote to replace my boiler. The account manager handled all the Mass Save rebate paperwork and 0% financing paperwork, so I saved hours doing that. Any questions I had throughout the process I could just text the Account Manager and he quickly replied. Overall I saved time, money, and headaches working with this company and would recommend them

The simple online order system seemed too easy, but it works! I got a quote overnight that was half of what the plumbing companies had quoted, for the same heating unit. It seemed too low to be good, I kept looking for the catch, but there was none! The installers showed up next day as scheduled, and were friendly, professional and thorough. After install follow up was the same courteous manner. The new combo unit is much quieted than my old boiler and we do not run out of hot water any more. Well recommended!
