I called Accurate Baker-Elman to install a new faucet for the kitchen sink, check on the under-sink valves, and unclog a kitchen sink drain. David and his colleague Austin arrived on time, worked efficiently, and got the job(s) done in less than an hour -- leaving the under sink area clean and dry. At my request, David also provided helpful info about what to look for in a new sink and dishwasher. I also appreciated the texts and emails alerting me to their imminent arrival.

David also pointed out a potential issue with a corroded pipe in the basement of our condo building. It will be better to fix it before it springs a leak!

I'd also like to compliment the helpful office staff at Accurate Baker-Elman -- they too provided good info on where to purchase a high quality kitchen faucet and good customer service about the timing of my appointment. I would not hesitate to work with them again or recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

My one pice toilet Kohler toilet required more skill than the typical toilet valve repair, the valve stem had to be replaced as well. Also, this is a tight spot to get into. Dave and his trainee got it done right. You can’t exceed their service and the support of Baker Elman.

Mike and Tyler were my technicians to repair the valve for my washer machine and also repair my shower. They were on time, courteous, professional and quick. The text message reminders and service tracking for Accurate Baker Elman is also so helpful along with their great customer service help!

Frank and Zach were on time, knowledgable, and fixed both issues with the shower in under 2 hours. I had another company come before them and they could not find what was causing our shower temp to rise and fall drastically. Frank found it in 20 mins. Would highly recommend this company and specifically these two employees.

Plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what the situation was. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. We’ve used these folks for decades, and today’s experience just reminded me why we do. A couple of very friendly fellows arrived on time and quickly replaced our old disposal and fixed a problem with a toilet. They explained what they were doing and why, answered questions patiently and thoroughly, left the work area spotless, and, as always, we felt lucky to have had them to call. First rate.

The service they performed was simply to assess a dishwasher leak and tell me whether the dishwasher should be repaired or replaced. I was quoted $175 for the visit but then charged $275! The extra $100 was apparently for getting to my house, which is practically in walking distance from their office. Besides, when I got the quote they already had my address as I was a long time customer. Their new name is Accurate Baker Elman, though they are anything but!

After a very cold shower, we called the plumber and they came that same morning! Very responsive and professional. Dave explained the situation and replaced a circulator pump. He explained the cost in advance. Their service is exceptional! Thank you.
