Paul was highly recommended by a trusted GC that we know. Additionally, our plumber that we've worked with for more than 20 years also recommended him, so the bar was set high from the beginning and he surpassed our expectations. He clearly knows what he's doing, is professional and able to assess the situation to provide a customized approach. He was extremely neat and organized which is important when you have a contractor coming into your home for multiple days. We were very pleased with the installation of our 2-head artic split and condenser. We plan to use him again for future work.

Paul was very responsive to my calls and texts and was able to service my A/C unit right away - which in the heat was super important to me! He went above and beyond in his service - for example, he laid down sheets to protect my floors, and he swept and vacuumed after he completed service. He was very informative about what he was doing and took a lot of photos for documentation as well. Very fair and didn't try to upsell. Would use him again!

Paul is very meticulous and does pristine work. He’s very professional, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I’ve had him install a ductless mini split in my office and annual maintenance on all my cooling systems. I plan to have him do all future work and maintenance going forward. Had a unique problem with my dated A/C system and Paul came out promptly to diagnose and address. I put a post out on my towns social media page for help as I had a condensation pump hooked up to my air handler that was not working and hard to access. Literally within minutes I heard from Elements and they were onsite within hours. The service was thorough, the attention to detail was exceptional and they even cleaned up the area in which they worked well beyond their scope of what they disturbed. My room was fully clean even in areas that were not disturbed by their work. Everything was back up and running and I had a very good experience. I was very pleased with Paul from his initial assessment of what would work best for my needs, the very professional installation in terms of how well the units fit in, and finally the time he took to make sure I could then work the system on the mobile app. I will consider Paul for any future work that I am thinking about given his multiple trade certificates that allow him to undertake most home maintenance from A to Z!
