I’m so thankful for the team at Kerivan Lane. Our boiler in a rental went on Monday afternoon, we were frantic with the pending cold front that was suppose to start on Friday. I don’t know how but they were able to pull it off by Thursday. The workmanship was impeccable. I would highly recommend Kerivan Lane for any service work or boiler installations.

Today during his visit, stepwise and patiently he explained and educated me re: where the problem with first floor AC not cooling might be! Rather than quick expensive repairs he sugg recharge with Freon just one more time along with fluorescent dye injection in the coolant line. Re-eval in spring where’s the Freon leak is and then if necessary go for external coolant lines.

One of our 3 heating zones was not working last night and we worried (given the cold nights) about the possibility that the pipes in that area might be at risk of freezing or may have already frozen. We received a call back from a Kerivan Lane Plumber within 20 minutes of speaking to their answering service. He did some troubleshooting over the phone and felt confident that there was enough heat in our home/the system to prevent the pipes from freezing and promised to send somebody out in the morning. We received a text at 8:27 a.m. today letting us know Sam was on his way. He did a careful evaluation and looked at all possibilities and was able to diagnose and fix the problem. We were back up to a warm house/3 working heat zones before he stepped out the door. He was efficient, competent, and professional. I have had Kerivan Lane since I moved to Natick in 2004 and wouldn't use another company for my oil, plumbing and heating!

Kerivan-Lane has a good website to get you started and then it goes up from there. A very courteous staff worked with my schedule to set up an appointment for an estimate. Then they helped work with my ideas about what I wanted to accomplish to get me into the right units with the best rebates. Then they got me scheduled very quickly.

Often this is where things go wrong, but not with Kerivan-Lane. A great crew of installers arrived and got it all in, in one day! Again very courteous and pleasant to work even when I wanted the outside condensers in a particular place. I really appreciated how they took the time to work with me to get the best outcome for my house. Really professional tradesmen.

The next day my electrician came in to hook up the wiring and he was impressed too. They even help with the paperwork.

The guys went above and beyond to help us when we were out of oil the day before Christmas eve (and before a storm). They were fast, responsive and helpful. We ended up using another company who just happened to be closer to us, but I would recommend this to anyone.
