Vaughan Plumbing And Heating, LLC

A number of years ago Vaughan Plumbing converted our home from oil to natural gas. Since then they have always been there for us for big and little jobs. Today they replaced a water heater for us. This company is professional, friendly and exceptionally responsive. They are the best. My husband and I highly recommend them.

We've used Vaughan Plumbing probably close to 15 years now in two different houses and have never had a problem with them. They've worked on all aspects of plumbing for us and the service is always high quality, priced fairly, and delivered with a smile. We highly recommend them!

I couldn't say enough good things about this company. Greg (the owner) communicated with me promptly by text to provide a quote and was able to schedule us in the following morning. George and Sam arrived exactly on time - they were professional, knowledgeable, nice, and did quality work. They rerouted my water main in order to fit a new shutoff, PRV, and Moen Flo valve. The work was awesome - it looked amazing and it's working great. They helped bump up the pressure on the PRV from 50 to 60 psi for me as well. They even took the time to install a draw-off.
I will 100% be using these guys for any future plumbing needs. They are responsive, punctual, efficient, and their work looked awesome. They got it done quickly too - and I particularly appreciated how soon they were able to send someone out to do this work! Another place I called didn't even give me a quote for 7 days. These guys apparently know how to run a business, and know the long term value of customer relationship, craftsmanship, and quality services.
I also liked the email and txt updates regarding the appointments and invoice/receipt.

Fantastic Service. They were here at 7:30 on the dot. They fixed our Navien tankless water heater with genuine parts in less time than another contractor billed to “run a diagnostic”. I highly revommend this company. It was a very easy experience. I called and explained my isse to a dispatecher. Within minutes Greg called me back to further discuss my issue and gave me a flat rate of $156 to diagnose (the other guy charged $400 and didnt fix anything). Sam and Sean were here bright and early and were incredibly knowledgable. They pinpointed the problem within minutes and happily explained everything to me before going to get the parts. They wasted no time and got in and out quickly. Thank you all very much for your help, we will definitely be using you for our future plumbing needs.

Leaking hot wtr tank on Sun evening; Chris from Vaughan came at 8:30 Mon, cld have installed new wtr htr that day, but we cld wait - so came Tues AM. Delivered and installed new Water Heater & redid some complicated piping related to the water heater and we we were back in service before Noon.
Am recommending today, to a friend who needs help badly.

Great company, responded rapidly to our inquiry, within 30 minutes had sent a technician to review the work required, and shared a quote by the next morning. The work was done a few days later, in only a couple hours. Local company with great customer service and helpful staff.

Flipped a radiator 180 degrees to change the layout of our living room. They flipped the radiator and added a new valve in 20 min. Vaughn Plumbing is an excellent company!
