Chris replaced an attic vent pipe. He arrived on time and did a great job explaining everything to me that he did. Greg, the owner, is always quick to call back and follow through on what needs to be done. Vaughan has been my go to plumbers for over 3 years. They are the best!

We had a pipe leaking from the kitchen into our basement and I feared the worse. I called Vaughan plumbing and was happy to get a service call quickly. Sean the plumber skillfully navigated a SMALL space in the ceiling and located and repaired the leak in a timely manner. Without me requesting, they kindly put back in a dryer we had removed to allow access to the space and they left the work area clean and tidy. The workmen were pleasant and professional and my expectations were met. I recommend this company.

I called a bunch of plumbers to try to get the shower fixed after it stopped working. Vaughan Plumbing answered the phone which was a good start, them immediately got back to me with an approximate time frame which they met. Other places either didn't call back or offered me next week. On top of all the professional customer service they also diagnosed and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. I will definitely use them again.

We used them to upgrade an old 3 knob shower valve to a new one with a mixer. Also to replace our hot water tank. George came to estimate the job, explained the process and what he will do. I mentioned that I don't want any pex stuff. George mentioned that we will be using copper and that they recommend copper. I got a few other estimates, some were over and some were less, but I decided to go with Vaughan. This is the first time we used them and they have a new customer in me. They provided prompt, professional service and my expectations were set every step of the way. There were no surprises. You get what you pay for and we're glad we went with Vaughan.

Greg was very responsive from my initial call. He came and assessed my needs and explained my options and his recommendation. We set a date and he was able to start earlier and did. The new boiler was delivered on time and Chris
came when expected and did the installation. There was no nonsense. Just serious work.
I appreciate that everyone came when expected and were focused on completing the task. There weren't any surprises or hidden cost. Bring on the cold weather !!!

Sean arrived about an hour after I spoke with Greg about a leaky ceiling.Super fast response! Sean examined the ceiling and soon was able to pinpoint the source… very professional in his approach, kept me informed and solved the problem. Will be calling again when future plumbing issues arise, and you know they will!

Vaughan Plumbing is great! I called with two issues that needed repair. They scheduled to come the next day and worked around my schedule. With two plumbers, they fixed the issues in about 30-40 minutes. They were polite and left the areas neat. I will definitely use them again!

Greg and his team are very responsive, on time, and very professional. They came when they said they would, and did a very nice job. I have worked with Vaughan Plumbing three times and would easily do so again. They are worlds apart from Winters Plumbing, who are the opposite.

Vaughan P&H came highly recommended to us by word of mouth (our neighbor's sister) after she heard us complaining about a local plumber (literally down the street from where we live) that never returned our emails, calls and messages left with their answering service. I made one attempt to contact Vaughan, and within an hour they responded and scheduled a free onsite estimate the very next day. The plumbing tech (Chris?) that showed up very punctually was very friendly and down to earth, and more importantly was genuine with his assessment, estimate and recommendations. In other words, he didn't try to up-sell us on anything or service that we didn't need. Plumbing repairs usually don't come cheap, but I believe we got our money's worth in terms of Vaughan P&H striving to earn our trust (not just our business) as well as receiving the work of experienced and trustworthy professionals. As well, we appreciated the fact that they lived up to their website's "no job too small" slogan. Obviously, no one hopes to ever need plumbing repair services, but if/when there's a next time for us we know who to call first.
