I've used Vaughn several times for various issues (broken furnace, loss of water pressure and new faucet install) and always been happy with their work and especially their responsiveness. I had issues with other plumbers not responding or refusing to do smaller jobs, but Vaughan has always answered and been able to get someone out quickly. Thanks Greg!

We've used Vaughan Plumbing twice, once to find a leak and unclog a pipe, and another time to winterize a house. Both times they were responsive and reliable. My only issue is that Greg wasn't the best communicator.

I've used Vaughan Heating for a number of repairs and new installations at my home, including regular boiler cleaning, clogged kitchen drain, radiant heating water backup, and new water heater installation. They are responsive and attentive to detail. One a couple occasions, the issue came back up and they stopped by to fix it for no additional charge. I recommend them for heating and plumbing needs.

Vaughan Plumbing did an excellent, professional and very responsive job repairing a leak on my high efficiency gas-boiler, had us up and running in no time in January. Everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous and professional. Greg was responsive over the phone and his installation engineers worked quickly and did a great job explaining the process to me. They had a few issues finding my home for the inspection and were a few minutes late to the installation, but worked faster than expected. Overall I would still give them 5-stars and would happily recommend.

Vaughan P&H is excellent. Called Greg on Friday morning, first time costumer, about our Navien tankless water heater occasionally coming up with error E003. We talked over the phone about its history and scheduled a visit in the afternoon with its cost upfront. Got messages to confirm, Sean shows up, checks describes all of his steps and what the issues are, does all of the testings, he is friendly, fix the wateer heater and leaves. Later I got the invoice for the agreed price, everything works. Great! I hope I do not have to call Greg often, but I know who to call if I do have any plumbing issue!

Absolutely incredible service and professionalism. I called about a leak we were having and they came within the hour (which is almost impossible to find nowadays with as busy as everyone is). They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient/fast. I’d highly recommend Vaughn plumbing to anyone and will be keeping them on speed dial for the future.

The entire company was professional and very helpful. They were able to come out within an hour of placing the emergency call and found a quick solution to the leaking toilet. We had an odd plumbing project request and Vaughan Plumbing was most responsive of all the people we reached out to. They came and did the job quickly. There was an issue, but they fixed it without any additional cost right away. Very pleased with the overall experience

I needed corroded fittings on my water heater replaced. I contacted Vaughan using their online form, and I received a prompt email reply. We scheduled a time for the to inspect the issue, and then a return visit was scheduled in order to complete the work. The work was not urgent, and was completed within about a week of my initial request. Friendly, easy to work with, professional, and reasonable cost. Happy with my experience and would use them again.
