Our hot water heater broke in the night. Vaughan plumbing was there the next morning with a new hot water heater. They were quick to respond, friendly and professional. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Had a unique installation needed to regulate the heat on my radiator. The owner took the time needed in advance to make sure that he could do the job and ask questions about the new device. He sent a crew that was creative and skilled to understand the project. Both the owner and the technicians had a deep understanding of radiators and heating and electrical devices. It was an installation that they had not done before but within minutes they completed it with confidence and with a high-quality result. The device immediately began to work and has worked without any interruption since installation. The price was very fair and the scheduling was easy. The technicians were compliant with all Covid requirements and we’re very professional and polite. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs

Vaughn installed our new dishwasher. The plumber was efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. He explained the process well and gave us additional information regarding the use and warranty. I had a great experience with Vaughan Plumbing and would definitely recommend their services. I had a leak from my shower coming down through by basement ceiling that I worried was going to cost a ton to fix. They quickly identified it was an issue with the shower fittings and a faulty shower head. They fixed it in minutes and haven't had an issue since. The employees showed up on time and were very polite. 5 out of 5 stars.

Highly recommend Vaughan Plumbing! They were punctual with their professionals arriving in the morning on time. Took all safety measures with mask without having to ask, came in and completed the job of adding the new toilets very quickly. When they left cleaned up everything and we had a perfectly new toilet.
