Once again were great to work with. This time was for a new furnace and hot water heater. They were responsive, easy to coordinate with, quick, and clean. Their work which was all inclusive (i.e. electrical, permits, etc.), which other Company's did not seem to offer, or if they did, was at an additional cost. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing/heating issue and would highly recommend.

I've used Vaughn for a few years and continue to be impressed by their responsiveness, competence, and the fine quality of the people that I've dealt with there consistently. Just had a crisis with a busted hot water tank and flooding, failure of our solar hot water system. After striking out trying to find somebody to quickly deal with the solar system, I decided to go back to an electric hot water tank. They came in quickly and diagnosed the problem, brought me a new tank, I'm all set now after a few catastrophic days. Every call returned quickly, appointments set up and kept, nice and smart folks who CLEANED UP after themselves after they did the work. I've been dealing with terrible plumbers for decades, have never have found anybody like this.

I reached out to them a year after the install to ask a small question about a connection, got an immediate response. The level of responsiveness and customer service is exemplary. And in addition, the work they did was wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the West Roxbury area.

Called at 9:30am about a gas leak in a flex line. They were onsite at 10am! Fixed another 30-45 minutes later. They also were able to fix a toilet issue we were having while onsite as well. Very professional with prompt timing and excellent communication and most importantly excellent work. Great job by Greg, Sean, and team!!

Vaughan was recommended to me by a neighbor when I was in a jam - they were at my house 40 mins after I called, fixed the original problem I had called about plus another problem I had had for years. I'm grateful for their quick service!

All the fellows did a terrific job and were very professional, communicative and thorough. The work area was left as they found it and the job was nicely done. I generally don’t concern myself with costs/expenses but this service was worth each penny! I won’t mention the guy’s names but, they know who they are! Thanks fellas

Steam heat boiler- Coldest day was approaching and heat was not working correctly. Came immediately and then returned as the problem required two types of fixing. Spoke frankly about three choices of fixing from mini fix to replacing. All well thought out. Found another problem with sump pump while on site. Fixed a little ( on the house) pending a more major replacement. Have used in the past. Really excellent.

We have used Vaughan Plumbing on a number of occasions. Greg responds to calls immediately and provides advice on how to manage things until they arrive.
