Great customer service! Eric diagnosed our issue over the phone, sent a technician on the coldest/busiest day of the year, came in $75 less an hour than our old HVAC Co., and the the technician quickly and easily fixed our issue. They are a gem.

I have an excellent experience with this company for service of Rennai tankless systems. I had shown system to 2 other companies in area and nobody knew how to fix problems. They not only gave us urgent appointments but Erik worked non stop diligently on the system till everything became perfect with it. The next time we needed their service was after Gas tragedy (our home was not affected) after we switched on our gas again but system needed a reset. Erik came and reset our system and did not even charge anything for it. This is the best heating/cooling/Rennai technicians I have found. Thank you Northeast Heating and Cooling.

Finally a company that solved our erratic no heat issue! Our furnace has been intermittently shutting down over the past 2 years. Have had other companies out, spent lots of money to no avail. The Northeast technician arrived on time, was courteous and clearly knew what he was doing. He thoroughly checked and cleaned everything, and found the issue to be that a part that had been previously replaced was not properly set to work with our particular furnace. He made the corrections and solved the issue.

After reading some reviews I called Northeast for my old boiler that was not turning on. Prior to calling Northeast I had called a few big heating companies because I thought they would get the job done in timely manner. These big heating companies showed up and looked at the boiler and wanted to up sell and not fix the problem. The big companies quoted me roughly $2500 to get my boiler going. I decided that I was gonna get a second opinion and after carefully going through the reviews I called Northeast. We booked an appt for Thursday but I got a call from them on Wednesday saying that one of the technician was in the area and can stop by you so I said great. This young fella named I think Dylan or Damien ( I m sorry if I didn’t get the name correct) showed up. Took roughly 30-45 minutes to diagnose a problem and roughly in 30-45 mins to fix the problem. It cost me total of $161 compare to $2500 I was quoted by these big companies. I was impressed that this young fella knew about a 25-30 years old boilers and knew how to diagnose a problem on it. I am lucky to have found Northeast heating. I will be giving them my business when time comes to replace my boiler and will refer them to any friends and family. Keep up the good work Northeast!!

If I could post zero stars I would. I made an appointment 9 days ago for a whole house HVAC replacement estimate , Northeast made the appointment for today 7/5 at 11:00 am. At 10:00 am this morning I get a call that they are too busy to follow through with the appointment, obviously with no regard to me canceling my plans for this holiday week so that I would be here for it. With this kind of customer service I can only imagine what down the road service I would get!!!

I live in a cape and I had a new furnace install in February. The finished basement was the warmest place in the house and ever since the installation it is the coldest. I put a nest sensor in different rooms and the basement is 4-5 degrees cooler than the rest of the house. Rich asked me what I wanted him to do and then he started shouting at me that there was no way to fix it. I am very disappointed in the professionalism and customer service provided.
