Northeast Heating & Cooling

I've been using NE Heating and Cooling for a long time. They are always prompt and courteous and are excellent to work with. Highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Technician arrived on-time and quickly assessed the issue; explained it was not a major break to the duct and should not cause any issues with the system. Repair would require extensive work and cost that is not worth the time or investment. Appreciate the candid response.
Also discussed adding 2nd zone to the home; he analyzed the current system and assessed it would again require extensive work and cost. Suggested using a different setting on our system to hopefully resolve the heat/ac issue. Overall extremely impressed with Northeast Heating and Cooling. I will be using them as my service provider moving forward!

They came the next day and gave an estimated before service I authorized the repair he had everything in his truck and was completed in a timely manor even got a discount for multiple services rendered that I didn't ask for. All I can say is FANTASTIC and would recommend them to anyone this was my first time using them and not my last.

Great service! The serviceman was prompt, pleasant, professional and courteous. He listened to our questions and concerns and solved our issue very quickly. He then did some routine maintenance on the furnace and went and did a thorough check of our AC unit outside since he was there. They were recommended to us and I'm so glad we called. We will definitely be using them for maintenance in the future. Seem very honest and trustworthy.

Northeast was great to work with. Very easy to setup an appointment and their technician was on time and very professional. He took the time to discuss some considerations with me which I appreciated. I also found their prices to be reasonable.

Great company! Called them because of the sticker on the furnace. I bought the property last year and the furnace malfunctioned at the worst possible time. They came next day. Very professional, Rich was a very good tech and very knowledgeable. He fixed me right up. I am going to purchase a service contract because they are awesome!
