Northeast Heating & Cooling

While traveling we checked the temperature of our home remotely discovering we could not adjust the temperature and watched as it continued to drop. We had lost electricity the night before and were unsure if the furnace was broken or the thermostat was not accurate due to the power failure. This was the Friday before Christmas and Northeast was closed for the holiday. We left a message and Tony returned our call promptly. We explained the situation and asked for a “wellness” check just in case. He said he would be there between 1:15-1:30 so a friend went to let him in. He arrived promptly at 1:15 and was very courteous to our friend. The system needed to be rebooted due to the power failure and we were thankful we discovered this while away and avoided returning to broken pipes. We so appreciate the quick response and great work we always receive from Northeast. Thank you to Tony!

I found out my heating system wasnt working at 8pm on wednesday. it was about 30 degrees out and tomorrrow supposed to be almost 0. I called Northeast because I used then before. By 9am today they were at my house and id'd the issue. By 11am it was fixed and i was off to work. Was it expensive, sure was but everything is these days and Im sure it was competitive. A great job overall by Northeast. Id recommend them anytime.

Tony R, Was great! This is the first time I have used this company for maintenance on my heater because I had paid in advance for a maintenance service to another company. Best decision I made was to not renew the contract with the other company! Tony was on time, explained the service and for the first my filter alert is lit green, no yellow showing on the maintenance alert. I will definitely call Northeast Heating and cooling again.
