Jose did a very thorough check of my system, explaining all the details as he completed them. There was an issue which he diagnosed and then checked with he boss to confirm. I would give him a 10 out of 10. Professional and pleasant.

Eric G. and associate showed up on time [same day request], did the work, explained what they did and why they did it, and were very nice the entire time. They did the heater maintenance within 2 hours and charged us $150 total. Very professional and a great price. I highly recommend them.

We've been with Northeast Heating and Cooling for more than 12 years and their service has been excellent. The staff members both the office and the technicians are friendly, extremely helpful, arrive on time and successfully do the repairs.

Northeast was the HVAC team for our renovation, and based on that wicked good experience I signed up for their service plan. They call twice a year to schedule the appointment and keep things running in tip top shape. Furnace and AC are things you don’t think about, until you are forced to think about them. The twice a year visits provide an early look and have already prevented potential disaster in noticing a worn pump. Can’t say enough good things about Eric and Northeast.

Rich & Gary are both great. These guys are honest, and quick to come out. I can't recommend them enough. I had some other guys tell me that my heat exchanger was cracked. Tried to get me to install new furnace. Not only did Rich check and tell me that the exchanger was still under warranty, but his partner Gary came out and confirmed that it was just a bad gasket! In the spring we're going revisit installing a heat pump. And Rich and Gary are our HVAC guys for life!
