Northeast Heating & Cooling

We've been using Northeast for all our HVAC needs for the past 5 years and they are exceptional! Rich and his team are responsive, knowledgable and fair priced. We have never had any issue getting them out in a timely manner and they communicate well which is always appreciated from contractors! They installed an AC unit via MassSave for us and have done bi-annual maintenance on our systems in our old house and current house. We highly recommend Northeast for all your HVAC needs!

Unbelievable service!!! A lightning strike close to the house killed our thermostat. We were without A/C on our lower level. I called Northeast because we have been doing business with them since we bought the house. I would not call anyone else. To that end, I called this morning to set up an appointment and was told they are booking a week out. With a heat wave looming I knew I would have to work my magic when I got home. To my surprise, I got a call at lunch and was told the tech could be there shortly. The tech communicated with me, diagnosed the issue, installed a new thermostat and got us up and running again. The prices are reasonable, they are efficient and I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.

Great experience. I got a service repairman out within a couple weeks to work on my tankless water heater and he really knew what he was doing. I have full confidence in their expertise and will be using them in the future. Highly recommended.

The tech arrived on time, was professional, polite and skilled. He fixed the problem with our boiler and explained what had happened and what was done. Fair price.

Oh my goodness!! AMAZING!! EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND FIXED the PROBLEM we have had since installation by ANOTHER company.

We had our annual a/c service performed by North East Heating and Cooling. A technician named David showed up on time and was very informative and reassuring. He evaluated our cooling system and gave us peace of mind and cold air conditioning. I wouldn’t use any other service.

Highly recommended. Eric has been out a couple times to service our Amana furnace and is terrific. Much better than the company that did the original installation. Very professional, knowledgeable, does quality work. Definitely my first choice for anything heating or air conditioning.

In May, I request Northeast Heating &Co to come out to service my AC unit with one of Richard employees (Jose). He did a get job handling my questions and concerns about my system. Jose recommend that I enroll in the yearly maintenance service. So I did.

Today was my schedule heating maintenance. The owner Ricard came out to service my system. He did a ellecent job servicing my system. He was very informative and made great recommendation. This showed me that customers service and having knowledgable employees is important to the Company. The consistency among the company core value has earn my business for a very long time.

Northeast has been servicing our Rinnai for the past four years, and we pretty much only see them once a year for the annual cleaning as they keep the system running perfectly.
The service techs have been very clean-cut and polite, and support the image of a professional and reliable company.
