Northeast Heating & Cooling

We had air conditioning installed last week and can’t say enough about the service the Northeast Heating and Cooling team provided, from the initial estimate meeting, to the final installation and cleanup. Rich walked us through our options and designed the perfect system for our needs. Dalen, Tony, and Wilmer did an awesome job with our not so simple installation. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough; they took great care to protect furniture, floors, etc. during installation and left everything spotless! We’re so happy we chose Northeast and strongly recommend them.

We have been using Northeast Heating and Cooling for a couple of years now and they are absolutely wonderful. They have performed standard maintenance twice a year on our heating/cooling system and are always on time, professional, nice and efficient. Tony R is usually the person we see and he is always absolutely wonderful! We had an issue last summer where our central air was not working. Tony was here within a few hours and he spent nearly the entire (extremely hot) day fixing it for us so that it was working that night. Overall they are a wonderful company and great to work with. We have recommended them to multiple friends and family over the years.

We had our air conditioning system replaced. The old one was 20 years old and had kicked the bucket. The crew at North East did an amazing job especially in the heat of the attic. The new Trane unit is incredibly quiet and cools the house perfectly. A friendly, efficient, spotless installation.

This was my first experience and Eric was extremely professional and thorough! He looked at the system and diagnosed the problem. He was able to fix it on the spot! He was very calm and did try to "sell me" anything that I did not need. I was referred to the company by my daughter and son-in-law.

I have been using Northeast Heating & Cooling for many years for both new heat & AC system installation as well as routine maintenance each spring and fall. They are easy to reach, responsive and reasonably priced. The technicians are very knowledgeable/professional. Tony R was here yesterday to perform spring maintenance service. He arrived on time, was neat, friendly and efficient. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can count on Northeast!

We had Northeast install air conditioning (Mitsubishi heat pump) in the second floor and they did a superb job. The team was knowledgeable, clean, and, friendly. Enjoyed having the team here. They let me ask all the questions, and took the time to explain everything. The new system is working perfectly and looks nice. The team paid attention to detail and went above and beyond. Looking forward to working with them for future needs.

The office worked around my schedule for appointment. I was notified by text and voicemail that appointment was next day and when tech was on the way on day of appointment. When the technician finished inspection, I was informed of condition heating system and what needed replacing.
I was extremely pleased and will continue to use Northeast Heating and cooling!

Northeast installed our high efficiency HVAC in 2007 and have been servicing twice a year every year. In 2022 they installed a Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump/AC for our primary bedroom. Great decision.
With regard to regular maintenance, Eric G. is the tech who is normally here. He is always very patient, thoughtful and thorough when he is here and I am very appreciative of that.

I trust the work they do.

We chose Northeast to replace our furnace and central AC several years ago, and have a service contract with them. They have always been pleasant to work with, on time for appointments, helpful with advice and also offered a number of options for both our climate systems and this year, a new easy-to-use thermostat (old electronic model was very hard to program.) Very glad we found them!
