The engineer/service agent did a diagnostic and tune up in 1hr. No issues since install 2022.

Belair was able to send an estimator out to our home within 24 hours of my calling them. Art was on professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, a truly authentic human. He provided tons of helpful information without being condescending or talking over me. Fire place service requested- tech performed a service check for 167.00 and said I needed a new standard wall switch for 310.00, a Simple on off switch (1.00 at Home Depot) was never presented as an option which actually fixed the fireplace. Was disappointed this was not offered as a option.

Julius was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. He used shoe covers when he entered my home (without asking if I wanted him to, which was great) and removed them each time he went in and out of my home. He got to work promptly and answered all of my questions. I had bought the wrong water replacement filter and he explained how I could make sure I got the right filter. He fixed the issues with my toilet and shower. He explained that he would return with the parts needed to fix my faucet drip. The price was reasonable for the services provided. I will definitely contact them again.
