This is one of those customer service experiences you tell your friends about...

I was really excited about supporting a woman owned and woman managed business however the poor customer service definitely lost them a customer and got them this review.

I called to see if I could get some help with our furnace and water heater needs and the woman who answered the phone was little help (granted this is not my expertise so I don't know exactly what I need to be fixed so i gave her as much information as i knew and i offered to send her over a copy of my inspection so she could better determine my needs). She made little effort to actually address my questions. Lastly she ended the call by saying she had to take another call... (As if my needs werent important enough to finish the conversation). This was very disappointing! If she would have taken my information and offered to call me back at a more convenient time, I would have been ok with that.

Anthony, service technician, was wonderful. He stayed late to make sure the job was done. He was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with.

Mark, the service tech called ahead with an estimated arrival time. He arrived on time, explained the work he would perform, and explained what he had done at the end. Very professional and capable.

Brendan, is just the bestest!! I had a leaky faucet issue and a broken turn-off valve so I hired Belair Engineering for the repair. They sent over Brendan. He was so cool (polite, courteous) and masterfully skilled at the job at hand. He fully explained to me the issue and the solution taken to fix the problem. He fixed the leak, only to have another one pop-up! Once he completed the initial repair and turned the main water line back on water began leaking underneath my kitchen sink, through the ceiling and into the basement below. He was just about packed up and ready to go when I discovered this, but he still jumped right in and fixed it anyway. No hesitation. No complaint. Just awesome! And all the while doing this, he maintained the in-home protocols (shoe covers, etc.) He even helped me clean up the leak which he didn't have to do. And for those of you a little "particular" like me ...you know not quite OCD, but right at that line :-) it mattered. I would not hesitate to call the company for your plumbing issues. They have a great response time, follow-thru, fair pricing and A++ service. And when you do, be sure to have the work request assigned to one of the best, ultimate professional, and skilled plumbers around - Appreciate You, Brendan!!
