I highly recommend Zack HVAC Services!!! The price I was quoted was very reasonable and was the price I paid at the completion of the work. The technicians arrived on time and were respectful of my home. They were very professional and installed my new system in a few short hours! I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Zack was very courteous and respectful of me and my home. I was already aware of my system issues and remedy through personal research. Zack verified the problem that a previous technician had diagnosed and fixed the problem at a significant cost reduction from that of the previous company. I will call Zach's HVAC first in the future.

As a homeowner you a need a group of honest professionals who are honest and priced fairly. Zack Hvac Service is one of those professionals in my book. Zack came on time to diagnose my Hvac issue and sincerely explained the issue I was experiencing. Zack also took the time to explain to me in layman
terms a couple of soultions options. This made me feel much more comfortable asking him to do the work as his solutions entailed expectations and not just a price tag for repair.

I am beyond pleased with this company. We had a tricky problem and it took some time to find a company who was able to fix a drip in my humidifier.. My daughter recommended their service, based on her experience. I contacted them and right away they were able to squeeze us in and fix our leak. We are beyond thankful and will continue to get the yearly maintenance plan! Great work Zack!

I've been working with Zack for several years now, and it is always a pleasure doing business with his company. He is responsive to every request, and goes the extra mile with customer service. Last spring, he replaced the AC system on the roof of my row home, including sourcing the crane to lift everything up and down and coordinating some roof maintenance that was required at the same time. The whole service was performed professionally, and I especially appreciate the clarity of communication and the time he takes to answer my questions.

My experience with Zack Services was outstanding. Zack replaced two aging HVAC systems in my home. The technicians who performed the installation were knowledgeable and customer focused - as I asked many questions during the installation. They answered each question without hesitation. They took measures to safeguard my home, e.g. placing drop cloths to protect flooring, wearing shoe covers. The old systems were hauled away, along with all packaging from the new HVAC systems. Overall, I am extremely pleased with Zack Services.

Zack did outstanding work. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained what he was going to do. He showed me the bits that weren't working and told me how he would adjust them. He completed the work professionally and efficiently, in under an hour. Total cost was much less than I'd anticipated.
