Abe the technician from Belair Engineering did great & thorough job on our Spring system check up. He solved a noise problem with our compressor that our past 2 system check up didn’t answer. He also found the pressure in our unit was low & will have the service department contact us when the outdoor temperatures rise up enough for optimum recharge of the unit. We appreciate his professional and pleasant personality and explaining what he was doing.

Belair installed our gas Mendota fireplace insert. Our initial contact to measure and explain the product was excellent. We opted for the vented insert. Belair routed the gas line, drilled the electrical and gas hole in our fireplace, installed the vent lines in the chimney, and installed the insert. We did receive a damaged brick liner, and the light stopped working. Belair fixed both of them. The only delay was due to a fire at the factory, but they fixed everything as soon as the parts were available. I also had some shiny parts that showed on the sides of the unit. They contacted the manufacturer, who had a fix (spray paint). This worked great on the components. Everything looks wonderful, and the fireplace works great! We really enjoy it. Belair has wonderful personnel, who explain everything and answer all your questions, even during installation. They are very personable and experienced.

Julius is a master plumber with the highest service-orientation and decades of experience. He is patient, a great communicator, highly professional, a genuinely nice man. Thank you, Julius!

Julius Ford is extremely professional and courteous (and patient with our crazy dog)! He quickly assessed our issue with an outdoor spigot and replaced it. He was careful with keeping the doors and gates closed so the dog didn't escape. I will ask for him by name for any future plumbing issues we have.

The technician (Anthony) was very nice young man. He kept us informed with what was going on during the repair process. Unfortunately, a part needed to be ordered to complete the repair. Hopefully, the part will come in a timely manner, because we are without heat. As a side note, we had just received a water delivery and my husband was experiencing severe back pain, so Anthony was kind enough to bring the water inside for us. I was very refreshing to see that the kindness in people still exist.

Belair has serviced my HVAC systems for years. I have never had a bad experience. This latest service, Anthony was the technician. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I will continue to hire Belair!

Anthony was an amazing, courteous, professional, friendly, knowledgeable tech. I'd recommend him all day long.

The experience was good, but challenging. The house is unoccupied, and required me to drive 45 minutes (each way) to meet Anthony for the work. Having to do that three times before we could get the problem solved was a lot. I understand troubleshooting, and troubleshooting over the holidays (2022) didn't help matters.

I don't have anything to compare this to on price. Fix was expensive, but it's an old system, so I kinda understand.

Abe was such a gentleman, he called before arriving, and arrived ready to take care of the problem. He talked to me as he was analyzing the problem. He was very professional and adjusted my thermostat, he even completed the system evaluation, wrote up his paperwork and provided me a copy plus a copy of the service order. My mind is at ease knowing Abe very knowledgeable of the sytem and replaced the part, quick and fast. He definitely an asset to your company, we need more like him!

Hugo was very professional and knowledgeable about the issue. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was able to diagnose and correct the issue quickly and effectively. No attempts to upsell or recommend unnecessary services or parts. There is a reason Belair has a great reputation and high ratings.

Excellent service to repair a malfunctioning AC part. The tech, Hugo, was personable and professional. He gave me 30 min notice he was on his way. Did an awesome job!
