Have been a customer of Belair Engineering since 1986 and even before with previous properties. They have always been accurate, and professional with both installation and biannual maintenance. Ms. Risher runs a wonderful company that knows the Leavitt configurations of Bowie homes.

Mr. Julius explained what he could do to solve the three plumbing issues. One was thorny. Mr. Julius made several phone calls to find a way that was satisfying to me. He considered my point of view, which guarantees my continued loyalty to your company.

I’m 100% satisfied with my service today. Julius was very professional and eager to work , he was very polite and easy to talk to. This is the second job they have done for me. I guess they are stuck with me. LOL

Anthony was knowledgeable and efficient at servicing my home generator. I'm now on schedule for annual maintenance to avoid the future issues and I look forward to using Belair in the future based on my no-hassle experience.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and informative on the operation of my Furnace. He was very detailed in his inspection and took pics at every step. He provided instrumental information on the maintenance and longevity of the system and relieved my fears of a repeat issue with leaking Carbon Monoxide.

My garbage disposal was leaking water. I called Belair Engineering and they were able to send a plumber out the same day. Julius was professional and courteous. He fixed the problem by replacing the garbage disposal.

Today was a great day. Water heater was repaired, and I have hot water! The Belair team was fantastic - pleasant, respectful of my home, and explained what they did ! Thanks, Julius and Jelani!

I was very pleased with Mr. Ford's service. He listened closely to the description of the problem and indicated that it could be several things. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it.

They have been repairing, replacing and servicing our HVAC system for 25 years.
Clearly we are pleased with the quality of their work. Anthony is their serviceman that usually comes out. He explains everything to me, shows me what he's doing, and instructs me on what I can do to improve the efficiency of my system. Hint: change the filters myself every 6 months. I always feel like he genuinely takes pride in his work.

Obviously 25 years is a relationship. I trust this company to deliver high caliber service for my HVAC system.

Julius Ford is great. He arrived before the window stated. Julius then quickly identified and resolved the problem. This company along with Julius is a company that can be trusted. Happy customer equals future service, will definitely use them again if I have any future plumbing issues.
