I was a little disappointed with the Service window of 9am-1pm but when I called and asked that the technician not arrive between 11am-12pm, the service rep said "Easy!" and put a note in my file. The day of my appointment, the technician arrived at exactly 1200 and was in and out in 15 min. Great attitude and I appreciated the accommodation for my time request.

Julius was professional, quick and competent in completing the repair, provided what I believe to be good advice regarding future plumbing projects, and was very likeable. I'm the inquisitive type, full of questions and always seeking advice and Julius was polite and ready to answer. In the future I will be asking to have Julius back for projects and hope it is possible.
