A.P. Mathews Heating & A/C

I had my AC unit take a turn for the worse right before the holiday weekend. A.P. Mathews was able to get someone out the next day and Paul L. Quickly solved the issues and got my AC working again. Great company, professional employees, and excellent service.

Recently used AP Matthews free second opinion visit to investigate a problem with our air conditioning unit. So happy with the service that we are moving our service contract to AP Matthews. Very professional technician able to clearly explain what was happening with my unit.

I used them several years ago and kept their number b/c of their great service...Had an issued w/ our heat today so I called on them. Paul talked me through a fix over the phone which resolved the issue. How nice is that for a company to help w/o getting paid! Compelled me to take the time to write this review b/c it's a reminder what a quality company AP Matthews is.

Caring. Knowledgable. Experienced. They maintained our old HVAC for years and repaired as needed. Never the hard sell. When our HVAC finally gave out for good, we used Mathews to get the new one. A-plus. Highly recommend. Our neighbors have been pleased with them as well.

I truly cannot recommend A&P Mathews more highly. During the height of the summer, with two dogs and a 1 year old- and being 3 months pregnant- our AC stopped working. I called A&P at 2 pm, and they were at our house that afternoon. This was an ongoing issue that required several visits, and they remained in constant communication and resolved the issue while we were gone on vacation. I always felt like we were a priority, that our concerns were heard, and that we were given top service at an extremely fair price. I trusted our home with A&P, even while we were not in the state, and will only use them in the future.

I can only say that PAUL and his entire crew were great!! When I contact Paul to get an estimate on a new Furnace and AC unit he showed up on time and listened to what our concerns were. He was the OONLY COMPANY to provide us with a TOTAL SOLUTION! And his crew of four showed up on time to remove the old units and install the new units. His crew was very professional and ensured that they did not make a mess. They worked from the time the showed up (which was on time) until the time they finished. I would RECOMMEND A.P. Mathews to anyone. Paul was the only company that provided us with a GREAT SOLUTION!!

Paul fixed my 10 year old furnace right away and educated me on the problem. This was after another company pushed me to get a new furnace and another could not identify the problem. I will absolutely be going with this company in the future for all of my hvac needs.

Needed new HVAC and Water Heater installed. AP Mathews spent the time to come out twice and provide insight and answers to all my questions. After choosing them they sent a quality crew that installed my new Trane System with a high level of skill and professionalism. They went above and beyond performing the job and were friendly and responsive the entire time. Highly Recommended ! Thanks Paul & Crew !

A P Matthews has exceeded our expectations. I cannot say enough about this business! Our AC blower motor died. A P Matthews went the extra mile to find our specialty motor in the middle of a heat wave. This company takes care of you and yours like you are family. I would recommend A P Matthews to anyone.
