Called around 0730 in the morning and given a 1100-1300 window; technician arrived around 1105, diagnosed the problem and had the A/C up and running cooling the house so the baby could sleep comfortably.

I attempted to call them on 5/28/14 four times over the span of 2 hours and the phone was never picked up. I'm not sure if this company relies on voicemail to function as a receptionist or not but if you don't answer the phone most customers will call someone else. I know I did.
