Wow! It's rare to want to jump on and give a great review. They called me in the evening, after we had a nerve racking gas leak. BGE found the leak, then AP Matthews got right to me, scheduled for the next morning. The guys were on time, super curtious, and they made my dog very happy with an adorable bone. High praises. They did a great job and a good price to replace our gas furnace. They also have the ability to install new castiron water radiators. Which we love! Really appreciate their problem solving and straight talk.

They are honest and reasonable. My ac stopped working after a power outage/surge. I got an appointment the same day. All I needed was two fuses that the power surge destroyed. Highly recommend them.

I called when my furnace stopped during a Friday night. They responded by telephone quickly after opening in the morning on a 3-day holiday weekend. Then they came out early afternoon and took several hours fixing the problem, replacing a motor. I am very, very thankful because it was during our cold, cold, cold weather!!

A.P. Mathews installed a SANYO wall mount back in 2010. Over the last 2 years the system evaporation drips into the home. We ask AP to resolve the issue and they gave us a date to perform the task. AP never showed up or called and every attempt we made for a status fell on death ears. Disappointment....

These guys are fantastic. They go above and beyond! I was having an issue with my auxiliary heat turning on frequently and they explained to me that auxiliary heat Will come on to assist the heat pump when the outside temperature drops below 36° or someone turns the thermostat up over 2°. I was able to take this information back to my renter and explain it to them.
