We called today because we had issues with our heating system that was just installed. James C. came after hours to help us and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed a genuine care for our problem and did everything he could to help us fix the issue. We werr very pleased with his service and his professionalism. I would definitely recommend

I recently had the experience of a broken pipe in my basement; we had used Michael Bonsby to install an air conditioning unit and because of their excellent service, we called them to fix the broken pipe. We had no idea what we were into with a flooded basement, however, their crew - especially Joe Bonsby, made this a pleasant experience. Not only did they work very hard to solve our problem, they were seamless throughout the entire process. I gladly recommend them for any AC/Heating or plumbing needs you may have. Our neighbors will be using them as well. Reasonable prices and prompt, courteous, and professional service!

Pump issues- treated me with respect and gave me a cost quote- NONE of the typical nonsense I usually get about how could I - a mere mortal know anything about my home. Scheduled Dan to come out and get my sump Pump replaced. Cost was more than fair with a warranty - Dan was great too- professional and polite- he came when he was scheduled- job done quick and clean! My Tech Carlos was excellent. My kitchen faucet was leaking through the hose, but only intermittently. Even though the problem wasn't apparent for awhile, he believed me and stuck around until it started happening again, which took awhile. Plenty of guys would have declared there was no issue, taken the $90, and been off to the next call. He stayed and installed the new faucet, which now runs with no issue.

I was very pleased with the service I received to repair my furnace. The blower failed Monday night; I called the company and left a message; they called me by 8 the next morning and the technician arrived precisely on schedule at 10 am. The part was obtained from a warehouse several hours away but the technician waited around and installed the motor early that early afternoon. My highest rating for the technician who came and the company that sent him.

Chris, the Bonsby sales rep, was terrific. We had gotten bids from 2 other larger companies (Sears & Parker Pierce) but Chris gave us more info and straight answers. The installation team was first rate and thorough. Would recommend Bonsby to others.
