Clifton was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was clear and up front about pricing. He worked quickly and got my A/C up and running. I would recommend Clifton and Michael Bonsby to anyone looking for a great technician and a quality company.

This company was great starting from David the salesperson who provided us with 3 estimates to choose from and guided us thru the purchase and prompt installation of our heat pump and air handler. He gave us a good price and excellent warranty and also lots of information. Once, we agreed on the system, we were contacted with an installation appointment for the next day. The excellent team of Mo and Miguel came thru the snow and managed to install our system the same day. They were on time and professional and stayed until they were all done and the system was up and running. I would highly recommend this company!

Michael Bonsby is the third HVAC company we have tried, and they are far superior to the other two, including the company that installed our system! Their technician Davontay is the most knowledgeable and informative HVAC technician I have met, and he immediately made far more effort to address my problems than the other companies. He was very professional, helpful, informative, and friendly. We are signing up for a service agreement!

Greatly appreciated how responsive and informed the team at Michael Hornsby is. They were willing to coordinate with my neighbor and I to get both of our HVAC systems replaced in quick order. Knowledgeable about our building and options and didn’t try to oversell!

Ryan O'Connell installed a water softener for me and changed out the pressure reducing valve, after testing for both water hardness and pressure. He was professional and friendly, explaining everything he was doing and why in an easy-going and confident manner. The work was done efficiently and the work area was left cleaner than he found it. I would highly recommend Ryan and Michael Bonsby.

Semi-annual HVAC maintenance. Very pleased with service from scheduling to performance. Jason is great! He’s been servicing my system for years and I’ve always been more than satisfied!

We had a new heat pump system installed in November 2019. In January 2020, I discovered that the fused disconnect for the air handler had been sized incorrectly, causing two 60-amp fuses to melt, creating a hazardous condition in my home and leaving me without heat on a 17 degree day.

When I called the company to have the problem remediated, they showed up unprepared and were unable to fix the problem. Despite the presence of a warranty, I had to fix the problem myself so that my pipes didn't freeze. The company did install a new disconnect correctly some days later but dragged their feet on reimbursement, leading the field service manager to reimburse me for my fix out of his own pocket.

Recently my air handler's condensate drain pan cracked. It took a threat of legal action to get the company to fulfill their warranty service obligations. The crew that showed up to replace the drain pan did not appear to know what they were doing, and it looked like they were going to break the evaporator coil. They put the unit back together omitting the gasket that forms an air seal at the condensate drain port, then needed to take the thing apart again once I pointed out the missing gasket.

At the moment the condensate drain trap is leaking on my floor and the service covers are not installed correctly.

Ryan O. was dispatched to repair a leaking hose bib. He first determined that it could not be repaired (it was old and could not be disassembled). He returned at a later date and did a very good job with the replacement. Overall, Bonsby was very responsive and communication was also great.
