Logan Heating & Air installed my unit years ago and it is a wonderful company to deal with. The #1 thing is they are honest and trustworthy. I have never had an issue that they have not taken care of that day. Mike built and replaced my dryer vent that was like a roller coaster fire hazard to a steel straight vent that’s going to save me time and money. I would recommend it to my friends, family and neighbors. They are the only company I will ever use. The technician has a wonderful group of employees with the best customer service around which is so hard to find.

We were left with no heat after our furnace went out. James was able to come out and fix the problem within 2 hours. We set up an appointment to replace our 23 year old furnace for a few days later. James arrived with his team on time and were done installing the new furnace within 3hrs! Left everything nice, clean, and working great! Will definitely be using this company again.

Had to replace 2 old furnaces and install 2 AC units for my duplex in fall of '18. The people at Logan Heating & Air were very helpful in recommending what would work best and did a thorough job on the install and clean up. I've had to have some additional duct work done since to reduce some noise as the ducts were old and they did it free of charge. Overall a great experience.

We have nothing but good things to say about Logan Heating & Air. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze and the tech was able to arrive on time. Customer service was on a higher notch. Our tech walked us through everything, addressed our AC issue and did quality work. Price was favorable and didn't experience any surprises. Will certainly use again.

During the bitter cold of winter, we found ourselves without heat. We called Logan Heating & Air and received a quick response, thorough diagnostic check and a kind, courteous and professional technician. The repair was done and he even made recommendations outside of the scope of the service call that could enhance the indoor air quality of our home and, hopefully, maximize the life expectancy of the system. I am Team Logan Heating & Air all the way.

They are completely disorganized and poorly run. First they got the appointment date wrong and tried to come a day early (we were out of town). Then, on the actual day, they never showed up until I called and bugged them. Once there, they were able to repair the AC quickly, so that's why I gave them 2 stars. They charged me $475 for a 30 minute repair job (no parts needed) and when I asked for a receipt, or some sort of record of what they did, they said they would email it to me when they were back in the office. I have now called them SEVEN different times to ask for an invoice or some sort of record of what they did (and why they charged me $475 for 30 minutes). They keep saying that they'll have someone call me back, or someone will send it. We still don't have it. They did send one invoice, but it wasn't for the work done at our house (it was for more than we paid, and had things on it that we hadn't had done). Overall, their customer service is terrible, and they're absolutely not worth the hassle, which is a shame, because their techs seem to know what they're doing.

I am extremely impressed with my decision to choose Logan Heating & Air They were a little bit more expensive but they were able to successfully fix our duct so that it was able to pass inspection which we thought was going to be impossible. I highly recommend.

Excellent furnace installation. Both installers were very professional and informative. All work was completed as quoted. They made no mess and cleaned up after their work was done. Job well done!

The tech was very thorough in his inspection and maintenance of our furnace and A/C. I was very he cleaned the system with great professionalism. I would recommend him any day and use him again. Superb!
