Michael Bonsby HVAC and Plumbing

They changed both units and Jerry and his team provide me and my family with information about each unit , components and how efficient replacing my old and out of date unit would be. The different selection of brand , performance, and price so my choice was easy plus they are local business and family owned which matter to me. They were professional , clean, and provide great services.

I thought the guy who serviced my unit seemed fine, although I did not see what he actually did so it is hard to tell. I do, however, feel that Michael Bonsby seems to have a turnover problem. Every time someone comes to service my ac/furnace the past year or two, it seems to be a new person who has only worked there a couple of months. So, I wonder what is going on and would feel more comfortable knowing that they are sending experienced people. It used to be different, years ago the same person would come year after year -- there was some consistency and I knew he was experiened.

Technician arrived promptly for a routine service maintenance at schedule time. He was knowledgeable and skilled and perform the necessary duties in efficient manner. He provided a helpful report and left the work areas in an orderly manner.

I have worked with this company for a number of years and they have always provided needed services in a timely and Efficient manner.

So far, we have had a great experience with Michael Bonsby to replace our hvac and furnace. Everyone we have worked with, from estimator to installer to office staff, has been kind, courteous, professional, and helpful. Our new system was installed last week and so far has been working great! We will definitely go to Michael Bonsby first next time we have hvac issues!

We appreciated how quickly they were able to schedule our installation and how professional the installation itself was.

This company took the time to measure my entire house windows ceilings outside to put the right size unit in my home costing me a lot less. The install was flawless. Not one of the other companies measured my house and would have oversold me a lesser system. Heat works great as well as the a/c. Thank You.

I had a new HVAC system installed in my home this week. I carefully shopped for estimates, and selected Michael Bonsby Heating and Air Conditioning because of Chris' professionalism. He inspected my existing unit, considered my home needs and didn't try to oversell me, provided a fair, reasonable estimate and he was the only consultant that provided an itemized listing of the cost. The installation was done by a team led by Jose. He did an amazing job of running a new copper line without damage to my basement ceiling. The team arrived on time, they were respectful of my home, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up when the job was complete. Chris even stopped by during the day to see how things were going and answer any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Tech was detailed and efficient with his inspection. Appreciated the time and attention he took.

Michael Bonsby replaced my whole-house A/C system. Initially it did not work correctly, due to complex wiring in my 1920 home with a 2010 addition. MB sent technicians on two more occasions to get the system working correctly. Mary and the various managers were very responsive, sending techs to work on fixing the problem the day after I called.

Everyone that I dealt with was very pleasant and professional. It was clear that all of the techs who came to my home were working very hard. I'd hire Michael Bonsby again.

I'm rating Michael Bonsby with 4 stars instead of 5 because the screws used to anchor the attic unit went through the drywall of the ceiling below and are visible there.
