Sean and his team were very professional and honest. Our AC actually stopped working over the weekend, and Sean called me back on a Sunday to talk and give us options. He supplied us with a window unit at no charge to hold us over because of the 90 degree weather until our new unit was able to be delivered. Also, very safe during these uncertain times. His employees and himself wore masks whenever they were in our home. We definitely recommend them!!!! Thank you SM!

I called Brad 9 pm at night needing a furnace due to Bge given me the run around. Brad came out that Tuesday measured everything also said I would eventually need a new AC unit. I was like that’s going to be pricey. But when the estimate was presented I was so overwhelmed at the cost not only for the furnace but for the ac unit as well. His guy’s came out that Friday to install both furnace and ac , they were very professional ,they installed everything within a timely manner. I am so please at the service provided Thank Brad and the two that were sent to do the work ..

These guys were amazing from start to finish. Professional, reasonably priced and patient as both BG&E and Howard County did their best to delay and confuse our generator install project. The SM team worked through the challenges, were fast and clean and the finished project is exactly as I had hoped for. With so many contractors out there, it is tough to know who can actually execute on their quotes\promises - it was never a concern with SM. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and were pros throughout. Will use them exclusively for any projects in the future!

We woke up freezing (not really much of an exaggeration) and wondered why our heat was a out during a brutal cold snap. I was SHOCKED to see that our 5 year (and one month) old boiler was rusted and corroded beyond repair. Turns out we should have had a flue put into our brick chimney when we had the job done. The owner of the firm which originally sold and performed the work send SM Mechanical to take a look. From the first visit I was pleased with Sean's expertise and demeanor. He explained the situation and his recommendation for how to take care of it in terms a layperson can handle. This was exactly what I needed after the botching of the original installation. Once we had a plan, the SM crew came when scheduled and took care of the job efficiently and cleanly.
