I worked with SM through my landlord when my heat stopped working. Sean and Steve did a great job coordinating solutions and work windows for them to come to the house. They gave us updates and always gave us notices of their arrival. Our heat was fixed on their 2nd visit, the day after we called in the problem.

We had a dryer vent installed, upgraded electrical & plumbing. I couldn’t find many companies that did all that I needed. Took some time to get the estimate squared away but after that I was happy with the cost, communication, & quality of the work.

S&M Mechanical was fantastic in every facet of the sale and installation of a new Rheem HVAC system in our home. We got a more efficient, more fully featured system from S&M than other HVAC companies offered, for the same or lower cost. The install crew was efficient, friendly and cleaned up well after themselves. We are delighted with the top of the line SEER 20 Rheem system. Our house is more comfortable, and the system used 33% less electricity in July '19 than our old system did in July '18 - despite July '19 being 3-degrees hotter. The WiFi thermostat is a great feature - super easy to program and convenient. I love being able to control the HVAC from anywhere in the connected world.

Sean and his team at SM Mechanical are amazing! The Kathy Stone Team of Keller Williams Legacy's clients were having a ton of HVAC issues this summer and Sean took care of us all season. We would call Sean and one other HVAC company each time and Sean was the one to come up on top each and every time in every department: communication, promptness, pricing, correct diagnosis. One of our many properties had an HVAC that the EPA banned years ago. The EPA gave our homeowners and all owners who owned that particular HVAC system an allotted amount of years to replace. This year was the last year, and we had three companies go out to give an estimate. Sean's came back wildly different then the others. The others suggested a costly repair that would only push back the life a little bit and did a terrible job explaining what was going on that if it wasn't for Sean - our homeowners never would have known how dire their situation is and would have flushed thousands of dollars down the drain. For that particular HVAC replacement - they even had to bring a crane in which is awesome!! There are so many other reasons why our team would recommend Sean and his team at SM Mechanical (yes - we had an emergency HVAC issues in 103 degree whether and he was there to save the day), but we don't want to be here for days and we've got some real estate to sell. Sean and team - you rock!!

Sean and his SM Mechanical team did an excellent job replacing our heater. Sean responded to our issue in hours and provided a detailed explanation of our heater issues and a plan to replace. His team arrived on time and completed the work on time. Their installers were very knowledgeable and professional. They spent time showing me the issues with my old unit and educated me on the new system. It was one of my best experiences with a service company.
