A/C system quit on me on 4th of July weekend during a sweltering Saturday evening . Called Sean at SM Mechanical, he answered immediately and had me up and running by Monday. Other companies told me it could take days before a service tech would be able to visit.

SM Mechanical came out to check my air conditioner that wasn't working yesterday. Not only did he fix it, he explained to me exactly what the problem was. They not only do air conditioning repair they also do many other things. They worked on and fixed a major plumbing problem I had in the past!

Our new HVAC system was installed on the date we requested. Various parts had to be picked up and delivered along the way and they kept us informed by text as to how everything was proceeding. Great job!

They were skilled, on time, and not nearly as expensive as some other popular companies. We are happy with their work!

Called to setup an estimate for HVAC services and scheduled a time. No one ever showed. Called the same day an hour and a half later to check and they said they couldn't get a hold of the estimator, but would call back. Never called back. Called the next day to check what happened, was told again that they would check and call me back and never called me back. Not much else to say. I'm not going to call a fourth time.

I had to have a new sump pump and AC check - Sean and crew were quick to respond and service was excellent! Price was good and not over the top. I would definitely use them again.

This company is awesome. They’ve done installs on two of my houses. They don’t try to over sell you, the installers are very competent, and the follow-up service is excellent. Highly recommend and would use them again.
