S & L AC, Heating Repair, and Air Duct Cleaning

I first would like to say the professionalism from start to finish was excellent. Mr. Steve arrived at my place first to place the drop cloth on my carpet and to help me move my coffee table and furniture. Mr. John and Mr. Billy arrived on time. They were efficient and my service did not take all day. Mr. John asked me to come on my patio and look at the new furnace and he explained everything to me such as the smell I was smelling etc. I would definitely recommend S & L Air Conditioning and Heating to my family and friends.

The repairmen told me what they were doing to fix the problem and how I should go about maintaining my system. He even gave me helpful pointers which I never was told. He spoke clear so that I could understand each point he was making. Steve & Jay of S & L diagnosed the issue and gave me updates along the way. Luckily they were able to get it fixed same day as they had the specific part on there service truck and didn't have to order it. Also the repair didn't hurt the purse to bad, I was happily impressed. They offered to wear shoe covers and left there work area clean when they left. I would recommend these guys to my friends, co-workers, and family!

Mr. JR T was a true professional. He came and was able to assess the problem quickly and identify a resolution. S&L performed the service in a timely fashion and will definitely be recommended to others.

My air conditioner unit was leaking and Jay and Steve came by to fix it. They immediately found the problem, a clog, and fixed it. Knowing I have a older unit, I thought It would be major. Both were very professional and nice. I really appreciated the text reminders as well, technology. Again, great service and very professional. Highly recommend.

Steve and Jay did an excellent job with troubleshooting and replacing the bad starter on our air condition. They came within the agreed time and were very professional. They are a great asset to your company!

They were very professional, courteous, and skilled. They were able to figure out what was wrong with my system and get it resolved without suggesting things that I didn't need. I'll certainly be using them again and willl reccomend them to anyone in need of HVAC service.

While I had hired them to install a Nest thermostat, they managed to talk me out of it based on the implementation of the existing system. I value the analysis and explanation the tech gave and while it still cost the service fee for the review and basic service of the unit I was glad to have them out.

They came on time and repaired the AC unit in my office with in a few minutes. They delivered A++ service. Very fast, courteous and honest technicians that aren't going to rip you off.

Once again, S&L Air Conditioning and Heating to the rescue. I can't say enough about the service as well as customer service that I have received from this company! I have an American Home Shield account and I was so hoping that they referred this company to me when I awoke to no heat and a loud sound from my heating system. Upon notification, I immediately sent a txt to the company (before hours) and they responded and set up a time to come out. Their assessment revealed that my motor had blown out. Jay and Steve were able to install a new motor. I was so grateful b/c I could have been out of heat for possibly

This company is awesome. I was told someone would be here between 8 and 12 to check my furnace leak and they arrived at 8:15!!!! Jay was great. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this company. Jay checked and fixed the problem and even told me how to prevent it from happening again. If you have Any air conditioning or heating problems choose this company and ask for Jay! I am highly satisfied with the services done today!
