While others companies were very pushy and trying to force me to buy a whole new unit Steve informed me of all my options and the pros and cons of each one. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

He processed my service call today and was able to come out and fix my unit a few hours later. I noticed I had an issue with my furnace not heating upon getting out of bed. The house was cold. I contacted S & L and two technicians were at my door within an hour of my call. Both technicians were very professional and efficient. The necessary parts and work were completed and my house was warm within an hour.
