S & L AC, Heating Repair, and Air Duct Cleaning

We called S&L for a very long overdue dryer vent cleaning. I have nothing but superlatives for their service. They responded promptly to our initial call and sent the technicians out to look at our dryer vents. They sent an estimate for us to approve and they were out the next day. They were courteous,professional, and efficient. We also got a call from the office after they left asking how everything went and if anything could have been improved or better in any way. This is obviously a company that wants to provide good service and does provide good service at a good value.

I called at 12:45 and was given a 1:30-4:30 window and Stephen “JR” was at my door at 1:45. He communicated everything he needed to do and also examined my AC unit and suggested services to help the lifespan of my unit. He also notice my vents was dirty and I explained I just had construction so I purchased duck cleaning and scheduled for next Thursday. He was very knowledgeable and communication was excellent. Stephen is an excellent technician. He serviced one of my properties and provided a throuough report which allowed me to make an informed decision on which parts of the system repair I wanted to tackle firs. Very responsive.

S & L Air Conditioning and Heating came to inspect and repair our heater after we reported that it was having occasional trouble starting. The technician was super friendly and helpful. He showed exactly what was wrong, provided options for how to proceed, managed to fix the broken piece pretty quickly, and reviewed everything in detail afterwards. Fantastic service! We will definitely call S & L again if we have future issues with anything.

My HVAC system would not run. S&L came out quickly and diagnosed and repaired issue. They also did a maintenance for me. My system in in an inconvenient location but these guys took it in stride. Great service.

Very pleased with the job done chemical cleaning my Air Conditioning Coil. Stephen was very thorough and I was kept informed of my scheduled appointment time prior to his arrival.

The service has been good. The manager really cares for the business and is a nice guy. It seems like he loves his job and is knowledgeable. He helped us with our 15 y.o. furnace and found a major problem that no-one could identify before.

Stephen with S&L came out to give my furnace an inspection and maintenance. He showed me a few issues with my furnace that were not dire, but definitely need to keep an eye out for, especially since my furnace is approaching the 18 year mark, and given the "quirks" of owning a Levitt home, which I'm all too familiar with at this point.

Even though I didn't need work immediately, he gave me a great quote if I wanted to move ahead with replacing the furnace, with absolutely no hard sell tactics, which made me really appreciate their customer approach.

All in all I will most likely use them in the future for my traditional HVAC needs.

Steven provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable of the issue once it was diagnosed. His recommendation for solving the problem was spot on. I no longer have the issue I called about. I would recommend S & L to family and friends.
