The repairman, first informed me of the company he represented and his name. He was courteous and explained every step of his assessment and diagnosis. He was clear in informing me of why the system was malfunctioning. He made a recommendation and shared photos of coolant readings. S & L Air Conditioning and Heating LLC did a fantastic job! They were on time, polite, and very efficient. Our AC wasn't working. Within 10 minutes, they assessed the issue and fixed it. After they fixed it, they apprised me of what was wrong and what they did to fix it. They are amazing! If you need your AC or heating fixed, please give them a call. You will NOT be disappointed. Jr and Mark did a great job. They was fast and professional. Jr came out Tuesday to check the heating system. Order the part and was back the next day early that morning to fix my unit. I would definitely recommend S&L to all my family and friends.
