This is a top-notch business that I can unequivocally recommend to others. From the very first phone conversation all the way through the completion of the work, the company was in constant contact with updates all along the way. Then, literally within five minutes of paying once the work was completed, a manager called to ensure the work AND the employees performed to our satisfaction.

The work crew was professional, friendly and respectful. AND, they even called to see if they could come two hours early! What a pleasant surprise!

We will DEFINITELY be using this company for any future needs they do that we may need!

Excellent customer service from first initial phone call to the service technician coming to my home and resolving my issue. JR. T was phenomenal!! I had a no AC cooling issue on one of the hottest days of the summer and they were able to provide me with same day service repair when many larger well known companies couldn’t. JR explained the issue throughly and provided me with all my options. He provided great customer service and was a excellent representative of this company. So much so I just signed up for a yearly maintenance plan with S&L for my HVAC system and I’m looking forward to continuing to do business with them for years to come. We contacted them on Sunday and they came out to our house the next morning. The were on time, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They seemed to be thorough while servicing our heater. The price was reasonable.
