Smith & Son Hvac LLC

I was frantic and hot due to my A/C not working. I went to google at and found Smith&Son's number. I called at 804am and was received by a technician (Randy)that was pleasant and informed me that he was in my area, and would come by when he completed the appt that he was at. When he arrived he efficiently assessed my need( lightly mentioning that I may need to upgrade soon) and diagnosed and immediately began to repair. By 1015a we had discussed upgrade options, and my house was cool again. I was so very impressed and comfortable with his delivery of my service needs, his willingnesss to adjust his schedule and how he gingerly discussed repair cost. I recommend this company
( technician)to anyone that is in need of HVAC services, and want to leave the experience not feeling taken advantage financially or emotionally stressed by one of home owners worst nightmare( hvac repair).. I was able to go about my day relieved that I'll have air upon my return home in this hot day 🔥!

Randy and his assistant were very professional and friendly. They diagnosed and repaired the problem. I will definitely use and recommend this company for any HVAC in the future.

Local hero born and raised. My HVAC system went out over night and we woke up freezing in the house. The system is less than two years old so I was frustrated. Mr. Smith came out within a couple of hours on his way home for the day. He was very knowledgeable of the system and talked about the area since I am new. Don’t waste your time with the big businesses, stay local and use Smith and Sons.

Randy fit me in same day and last min to look at why the heat was not coming on. He was able to fix the problem. He was fast and professional.

Randy came less than an hour after I called him when I had tried five other companies to try to get work done on my air conditioning not only did he come over in an hour and a half we had to work together to find out not only what was going on why was going on and the solutions that we're going to be the easiest and best he came up with so many great ideas and then we're together were able to knock it out in a shorter period of time and we both ever thought so I gave them the highest Recommendation
