Randy is fantastic! He has done a great job!. Very professional & personable. He has been a man of his word. Everything he has told he would do they have done and more. Called before & showed up on time for all the appointments. Work done is neatly & other than the new unit , couldn't tell they were there at all. We plan on using them service the new unit. Will recommend them to our friend in need of hvac work.

I was having trouble with my AC not putting out cold air. Randy came in the day after I called him, ran all the tests, and it turns out the unit just needed a good cleaning, which he took care of. I feel like with a lot of repair services they try to talk you into a lot of unnecessary expenses. None of that here, randy was upfront and honest, and didn't try to hard sell me on anything I didn't need. Would recommend this company to anyone w HVAC needs.

I'm an older person and remember how it use to be in the good old days, people were hard working and courteous and cared about the work they do, they stood behind their work and Randy even though younger still has these values.

My family and I are so blessed to have stumbled upon Smith & Son!!! I contacted Smith & Son after being told that we should purchase a new HVAC system due to a fried motor blower and capacitor on one of the hottest days of the summer. When I called Smith & Son, Randy answered and quickly put my mind at ease by saying that it could be replaced & he would be available the next day to do so. As promised Randy arrived and replaced the motor blower & capacitor. In less than an hour my family and I were able to once again enjoy cold air in our home. Thank You Randy for what you've done. You have gained a loyal customer.

Randy was able to diagnose and remedy the issues with our ac units in less than an hour! Multiple specialists were unable to do what he did, and we [finally] have fully functioning air conditioning systems throughout our entire house. Thanks, Smith & Son HVAC team!!

Randy is the best. He was my 2nd opinion through my warranty company and I wish he would have been the first. He took his time and explained everything that was going on and what was wrong with my unit and why it was leaking. He got me back up and running in no time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with an AC or heating issue. There was no ripoff or overstatement of the repairs needed like some other companies I've dealt with in the past. Most people like to take advantage of a single female but Smith & Sons doesn't. 5 stars all the way.

5 stars only based on one phone call with Randy. He was straight forward and honest with his advice for me to try before spending the money to get someone out to my house. His advice was actually my initial thought when I encountered a minor issue with my air before I started researching and investigating further. Randy was great! Quickly and easily diagnosed our problem after a friend of a friend butchered the heat pump and left us high and dry. Prompt, courteous, friendly and explained the issues clearly. Helped us save a few bucks in the process. Cared enough to follow-up a week later to ensure we had everything working, were happy, and in good shape. There's still a personal touch in the world! Randy is the best. He was very responsive and kept me abreast while I awaited the part to come in. He was thorough and schooled me on the do's and don't of my a/c unit. Punctual and professional. I would strongly recommend this company for HVAC repair.

My furnace went out over night. Woke to up to a cold house. Called Randy on a wensday evening. He was able to fit me into his schedule that same day. He diagnose the issue with in minutes. Also had another compay out that same day prior to smith & son coming out. The earlier company i had out gave me an estimate. Randy gave me a lil more pocket friendly estimate not only for the same repair but for a new furnace. With in a day i had heat again and with a new furnace. I will recommend smith&son to any and everyone in need of hvac services. Randy and his coworker were on time, polite, professional. After the work was done the area was cleaner then it was before they started the work. Will us again for my next project for a new system for my sleeping level.
