Smith and Son HVAC was incredible to work with. Beyond coming out same day that we called to diagnose the issue, they provided outstanding customer service, were on time, friendly, and professional. When our home warranty company failed to provide us the support we expected, Smith and Son stepped in and assisted with the process, even though they didn’t need to. Several months later we had an issue with our Nest thermostat, and they were incredibly helpful providing us phone support to quickly get the issues resolved - without an appointment and on a Sunday. Each time with worked with Smith and Son they treated us as a top priority- which is not something that you get from other companies we have worked with in the past. We would HIGHYLY recommend Smith and Son HVAC, LLC to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.

We called Randy today and within 2 hours he was at our home and the HVAC system was fixed. Professional, Fast, Dependable, Honest, Knowledgable and Trustworthy. Now this is the type of company that needs to be referred to all. Absolutely Phenomenal!

My air conditioning system stopped working on one of the hottest days of the season. He was on time and knowledge responding to my concerns. After he inspected and analyzed the problem he repaired it quickly. He was mannerly and very respectful. I would highly recommend this company and will call them again for any future needs

I contacted this company through my home warranty provider. Smith & Son Hvac LLC did not disappoint. My central AC unit went up and was no longer blowing out cold air. Smith and Son Hvac was about to diagnose and quickly fix the problem which happened to be a bad motor. Not only did he fix the issue, but he was able to answer all of my questions about my central AC unit as well. Great job!!!

Randy and his team are wonderful. Very thoughtful service that really worked with us to identify the best solution for us as opposed to the many who simply attempted to sell us what would be best for them. Service was quick, clean and really got us out of a jam.
