We have been with Perry Hall Heating and Air Conditioning for a few months now and the have done an excellent job. Their technicians are professional, print and polite. Most importantly they are honest. We got a $4000 estimate from another company. We called Perry Hall who carefully diagnosed the issue and discovered the issue that cost about $300 to fix…so glad we called.

PHH&A installed a mini-split AC system in my home this past March (2023). Rob, the sales rep, was very responsive and helpful. I got at least 3 estimates and Perry Hall was by far the least expensive, about 1/3 less than the others. It's July now and I've used the system many times. It cools quickly and efficiently.
Earlier this month I had an electrical problem at my house and they quickly sent someone out to make sure the system was not the source of the problem (it was a BGE issue). I highly recommend them.

We are multiple times returning customers of Perry Hall Heating and AC. We first experienced their professional service when our very old pair of HVAC's stopped working, both were emergencies - one during the peak of summer and the other during the dead of winter. My HVAC is located in my ceiling of my condo. The drainage wasn’t working correctly resulting in water backup and overflow. The technician was prompt, professional, identified the problem, and fixed it. The price was right also. He also checked the vents to ensure the HVAC was operating correctly. My HOA handyman was the one who recommended this company. I’m glad he did, am very happy.

Good honest company, my family has been using them for years so when it came time to replace my whole system, I knew who to call! Every member of their staff that I interacted with was courteous and professional. They did a great job on installation and showed me how it all works. My family and myself have used this company now a couple of times and this last time, in my home, we lost AC at of course, a very bad time. Perry Hall was very easy to work with. They came out super fast. Diagnosed the problem. Then they were able to install an entirely new AC and heating system faster and more affordable than all of the other companies we spoke to. Not only that but they had the best price on a new Carrier Setup and they did an awesome job installing it and going over everything with us.
You can't go wrong with Perry Hall heating and Air if you are in a bind or looking for help with your heating and air.
