Perry Hall Heating & Air

Highly recommended! We've used them for years to keep an old system going, tech are always honest. Last year when it finally died (during an extreme heat wave, of course) they came out promptly and we had a new system installed within a few days. Several of my neighbors have used them and been just as pleased. Call them, they will treat you right!

I had 3 estimates done to replace my HVAC in my home. Perry Hall Heating and Air was the least expensive but also the most professional and the nicest.I would recommend them 100%

The installation and equipment are great. The customer service and follow up suck. I called to schedule a preventive maintenance check and have my filters changed. They told me they don't carry filters. When I asked what type of filter I should by so that I could change them myself, they couldn't tell my. They did the work! How could they not know what size filter my unit needs?

Rob and his team did an excellent job replacing my heat system had one issue with one room not heating about a year after installation Rob had the team out the next Day and resolved no questions asked highly recommend Rob and the team at Perry hall!

I am embarrassed that it has taken me over a yeat to write this review. I cannot say enough positive things about this Perry Hall Heating and A/C (PHHAC)
Background. PHHAC had installed by furnace and A/C unit in 2012. I actually had a service contract with another company. In August 2016 my A/C failed on a Sunday. I called the company I had the service contract with and they didn’t get out until Tue and when it was not a routine problem I had to wait until Thursday for another tech to come. On Thurs the tech advised the compressor would need to be replaced and it was best to replace the entire unit and that someone would call later that day to schedule the repair for some time next week!!! Meanwhile, my wife’s 70th birthday party was scheduled for that Saturday. I fired that company on the spot.
I then called PHHAC. The first thing they did was to offer me the use of room A/C units until the repair could be made – AWESOME service. They were going to send someone out the same day to evaluate. Instead I decided to go with a replacement unit and PHHAC determined that it would work with my existing furnace. I pled my case about my wife’s pending birthday and PHHAC worked it out and did the install on Friday!!!
Honestly, from start to finish, every phone contact, the installers, the owners could not have been more helpful and friendly.

I had my furnace replaced by Perry Hall Heating and A/C and they did an amazing job! They took the old unit out and installed the new unit the same day! Great company!

Highly recommended! They installed the duct work and complete AC system for my house. They did a high quality job. I will continue to use them for annual checkups and any needed repairs.
