Great service. Woke up without heat on a Sunday. Left a message and Chris called back immediately and gave me some things to try. When they didn’t work he was out quickly and got me up and running. It couldn’t have worked out any better.

System was installed and serviced by the company, when it stopped working, was offered an appointment in 2 weeks, which is not an option with recent high temperatures. From now on, my AC will be serviced by somebody else.

Call went in at 10:30 am, and my A/C unit was repaired by 11:45 am! Bad capacitor replaced at a fair price, good customer service and a fast response. Thanks!

Recharged my AC unit in less than 45 minutes. Technician arrived EXACTLY when he was supposed to.

They charged us almost $200 for a warranty issue that only took about 30 minutes to fix, we told them the problem, and the problem was caused by them failing to tell us about a maintenance item during the A/C installation.

Have been using services from PHH&AC for many years and have never been disappointed. Great company and employees.
