My mom's bathroom sink was clogged. I called one company who told me my galvanized pipes were rotting and the wall behind the sink would need be removed. My mom and I were so upset. I called Vernon and he asked me a lot of questions and pretty much guaranteed that was not the case. He set an appointment and promptly arrived. It was a drain clog. But he educated us on the downfalls of pedestal sinks. We couldn't really afford a new vanity, new sink. But had we done that, he provided ideas for decorating to match the color schemes as a green vanity is hard to come by. Recently my neighbor had no heat. The heating unit needed to be replaced and she couldn't afford it. He patched the system and was honest with her, telling her the patch wouldn't hold forever. His qualities? Kindness, integrity, honesty, HIGHLY proficient. He will work with you on the phone suggesting different things that may be doable for the homeowner to resolve the issue. These kinds of providers are hard to come by. I will be sticking with him forever and he covers a wide variety of services. I have recomended him on the next door app numerous times. He also has many fans there and they all say the same things about him that I've described above. I promise, you WILL NOT BE disappointed. Great man, nice guy and knows his stuff.

Vernon was great! I called this morning for a slow draining sink and by the same evening, he not only redid the plumbing under the sink but also cleared the clog further down the line. If you’re looking for a plumber who’s responsive and won’t rip you off, Hamilton is the best option.

Same day service! Called Vernon at 730am and by 1030am, one of his guys, Mitch, was here. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Our water heater needed replacing and by 1pm, they were done. No mess, reasonably priced, and they take pride in their work. Highly recommend these guys.

I’ve had Vernon do quite a bit of work in my home - everything from hot water heater replacement to leak/drain repair. He’s always prompt, responsive, and courteous. The quality of his work is top-notch and if you have an older home in Baltimore County, he’s really knowledgeable about how these houses are built and knows how to deal with all sorts of issues that might be hiding out of sight. Highly recommended!

We bought a house in Perry Hall in 2018. It needed some work and Hamilton was suggested to us. It's been 4 years and anytime we've had issues I just call up Vernon and he's here same day to help. We've replaced our HVAC, had him do some plumbing fixes and a shower repair. Wouldn't recommend anyone else locally.
